It’s never too late to start again! I dropped out of high school and am now at Yorkdale to prepare for college. The atmosphere is refreshingly professional. The workload is steady without being overwhelming; the classes, even though a year’s work is packed into 9 weeks, run at a comfortable pace, and the teachers are extremely helpful and understanding. Thanks to Yorkdale, I look forward to becoming a college trained professional!

I loved my biology class. Everyday we learned many fascinating things, e.g. Did you know that all babies are colour blind at birth? That your heart beats about 100,000 times a day? That you have 26 feet of intestines? I have enjoyed biology so much that I want science to be a significant part of my future.

CAREERS CO-OP

As a new Canadian, what I needed most, was to learn about the expectations of the Canadian workplace and job search skills. My co-op placement taught me how to go about finding employment and at the end of the course, I found a permanent job! I recommend this course for anyone who wants to earn a Canadian diploma and break into the Canadian job market.
